Arlington National Cemetery at Christmas

I have wanted to photograph Arlington National Cemetery in snow for several years and since the major storm we had, it was a perfect opportunity. This was a good time for another reason, as the annual wreath ceremony had taken place the weekend before. When I arrived, I quickly located the sections that had the wreaths. Hoping to capture the feeling, I spent the majority of my time in one section. This is a very hallowed place but for some reason it seemed even more so in the snow, very peaceful and quiet.
