Although physically I spent Saturday morning shooting wolves, my mind was elsewhere. And trust me if you don’t have your head around what you’re doing, you do a poor job! For the past week, our Golden Retriever has not been on his game, so to speak, and Saturday afternoon the ugly truth hit hard as we had to put him down. He was a loyal companion and will be truly missed!

We'll never forget him, at least we were there for him at the end.

Missing a loyal friend is always hard. Our first lab left us a little over two years ago. Our family still misses him greatly.
